What do I need to send to get started?
A straight-on photo, approximate width × height, your city or ZIP and any inspiration are enough to begin. Final measurements are confirmed when needed.
How does the design process work?
You share the space, we guide the design and materials, you review the quote, we confirm measurements and schedule installation. Design guidance is included with your quote.
Who installs the project, and why does professional installation matter?
TURN handles the installation. Professional installation helps with layout, alignment, cuts, transitions and finishing.
Do you work on residential and commercial projects?
Yes. TURN serves residential and commercial projects across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
How long does a project take, and what are the panels made of?
Timing depends on design, material availability and site conditions. Many installations take one to two days once ready. We work with different systems; properties vary by product, and some WPC options may offer water-resistant or fire-retardant performance depending on certification.
Are the estimate and design free? Can pricing change, and is there a warranty?
The initial consultation and estimate are free, and design guidance is included with the quote. Approved scope sets the price; requested changes or site conditions may affect it. Applicable warranty terms are stated in the proposal.
